I noticed that you put a lot of details in your movie, like dust and shade and stuff like that.
you´d be VERY good if you made hand drawn stuff.
so dude, those mario sprites ( running diagonally) you made them yourself or they are in some site?
I custom a good deal of those SMW Mario sprites nowadays.
However, that specific sprite of Mario "running diagonally" is not my custom.

Then you are DEFINITELY new. There are folks here on Newgrounds that would totally kick my ass at Flash, let alone sprite animation. I'm nothing compared to Chluaid or the good artists like him.

ooohh. i always thought of the scaling and motion tweening for wenever im not just gonna have straight up side scrolling like most sprite films. i dunno why i havent tried it but when you make everything rotate in a 360 like in NASF 1 thats most likely more complex and i want to learn to do that (not asking for your help i know your too busy) but anyway again good luck
Hey Short-Factor, it's SSD. I've seen some other flashes and sprite vids, and some were a little better. BTW I have a question. In NASF 2, is it gonna end up as Fire Mario VS Super Sonic? Because that would be rly cool! I hope this gives you some ideas!^-^

If you wait through the credits of the first NASF you can clearly see that the fight will be Starman Mario vs Super Sonic. Close guess though.
Oh....Starman Mario? I haven't seen him in anything ecept ep.6 of SMBZ.

All of it was in Flash. There is no "3D feature" or other program involved. It was just crafty tweening.

This is fantastic! Just watching the preview itself makes it worth the wait! Tell you the truth, I don't care how the background turns out. As long as the animation itself stands out. I tell you one thing: you're giving Alvin-Earthworm some SERIOUS competition. Keep up the good work!
I don't think I could ever give Alvin serious competition. NASF took a year to get 100,000 views. SMBZ 7 got 100,000 views in a week and broke the sound barrier up to the #3 spot in the top 50.

i watched your youtube version with the commentary, you said you would answer questions here so here it is, you edited a lot of the generic sounds to make them unique for NASF, did you use Flash to do that? or a specialised program? if was a separate program could you say what it was?
reason i'm asing is because i'm making a dark sonic series, i'd like to be able to edit his voices to become darker, similar to the voice at the end of the movie Dark Sonic Vs Shadow [on youtube, made by CrazyEight901]

Short-Factor
I use Sound Forge for heavy editing and FL Studio for creating custom sounds. I know what movie you're talking about, I have seen both of them, and yes Sound Forge can make voices sound like that.
